Is this a will?

Your plan is accessible at any time and from anywhere via the internet. You can log in to your plan to view, update or change your information as often as you like. Simplicity Plan Online also has over 360 local providers across the United States and Puerto Rico, so if you move, your membership benefits move with you.
How will my family know where to find My Plan?
